Poker Tournament Registration

Our poker room runs daily tournaments at 10:20 am and 6:30 pm. To get a seat, you register by phone only: call (403) 723-4039 during poker room hours. Let our team know which tournament time you want and how many players are coming with you.

On the day of your event, arrive 15-20 minutes early. Check in at the poker desk to finish the on-site registration and we will assign seats there. This keeps the start fairly smooth and you are not rushed.

Morning players who show up between 10 and 11 am can grab a simple breakfast for three dollars. The poker room also takes care of private poker party bookings by the same phone number or by email if that is easier.

Hotel Booking Channels

You can reserve a room through a few standard channels: our direct hotel phone line, Booking.com, or other familiar travel portals. Check-in starts at 4 PM and checkout is at noon. Our property sits 6.8 miles from downtown Calgary at 11500 35 St SE.

The hotel includes an indoor pool, a kids pool and two hot tubs, plus spa services and a fitness center. Guest rooms come with regular in-room amenities and access to on-site dining and entertainment during your stay.

Gaming Floor Access

You do not need to sign up in advance to enter the casino floor. Guests aged 18 and over can walk in during operating hours, and we are open 24/7. The gaming area offers 785 slot machines and 32 table games including baccarat, craps, roulette and Pai Gow.

There is no membership card required for regular play. Show valid ID at the entrance, then choose your games and start playing when you are ready.

Entertainment and Event Bookings

Cactus Lounge hosts karaoke every Friday and Saturday from 9 pm. Wild Horse Pub features live music on the same nights starting at 10 pm. For questions about shows, schedules, or booking private event space, contact our entertainment team at (403) 723-4027.

For private functions, the usual process looks like this:

1. Reach out to the entertainment desk by phone.
2. Share the event type and your estimated attendance.
3. Review available dates and room options.
4. Look through the catering packages we can provide.
5. Confirm your booking with a deposit.

After that, we assign an event coordinator who connects with you and finalizes event details roughly a week before your date.

Dining Reservations

We operate three main dining venues on site. Walk-ins are generally fine, but larger groups should call ahead through our main line at +1-403-236-7529 to check timing. Wild Horse Pub focuses on pub-style food with live music on weekends, Cactus Lounge offers lounge dining with karaoke, and Mohave Grill runs as a full-service restaurant.

Payment Methods

Across the property we accept major credit cards, debit, and cash. On the gaming floor, transactions are handled at the tables or at the cashier cages. Hotel stays and restaurant meals can be charged to your room if you are a registered guest. All charges are in Canadian dollars, so international visitors may want to handle currency exchange before arrival.

Getting Here

Our property sits in southeast Calgary at 11500 35 St SE, with access from key city routes near Calgary International Airport. We offer on-site parking for guests. Taxis, ride-sharing services and some public transit connections run from the city center out to our location. The building is set on a hill, with clear signage along 35 Street SE pointing you toward the main entrance.
